Greek CertiPHIed Apparel will accept any regularly priced, clean, and unused merchandise for exchange. In addition to exchanges, we offer store credit for full-priced items only. Customers wishing to exchange merchandise purchased must first contact us via email at greekcertiphied@gmail.com.
The original packaging must accompany the merchandise. Returned items must be packaged, shipped, and postmarked within five (7) business days of receiving the merchandise. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will then reship the new product. While we appreciate your business, we have a strict exchange-only policy and cannot offer refunds for any of our products.
The Following Items are Not Eligible for Exchange:
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Gifts
If the item was purchased as a gift and needs to be exchanged, the person who made the purchase (customer) is still responsible for the exchange reshipment fee. We will gladly work with the recipient of the gift by directly shipping the new product to them.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
